We provide warranty and post-warranty service and repair for products supplied by the company. Our position is fast, high-quality repair. Diagnostics take up to 10 business days, and repair with available spare parts takes no more than 20 business days.

Shipment for repair

What should be sent

The customer sends the instrument at their own expense with the full set of documents. Instruments are accepted only in full configuration and clean condition.

Service department regulations

Verification/calibration, warranty, and post-warranty repair are determined only after diagnostics.

Diagnostics take up to 10 business days from the date the instrument is received. After diagnostics, the customer receives the results and repair options.

After diagnostics, an invoice is issued for diagnostics and possible repair/metrology. In some cases, after completion of work.

The service department may classify a repair as non-warranty if improper storage/operation conditions or customer-caused failure are identified.

Warranty work takes up to 30 business days from the date the instrument is received by the manufacturer, including diagnostics.

Timing for non-warranty repairs is agreed individually with the customer.

If spare parts must be purchased, manufacturing, logistics, and estimated delivery time are agreed with the customer.

If verification is not required after repair, the customer provides a written refusal of verification.

Verification and calibration are performed by M-Instrument or partners. Results are entered into ARSHIN.

Instruments are released only after payment for repair or diagnostics, except warranty cases.

Release of instruments sent by legal entities requires the original power of attorney and passport.

Claims regarding repair and service work are accepted within 14 days after the instrument is received by the customer.

Metrology

Instrument calibration and verification

M-Instrument organizes primary calibration internally and annual verification in CSM centers by agreement with the customer.

Verification time is up to 45 business days

The period is counted from the moment payment is received to the M-Instrument account until the results appear in ARSHIN.

Since September 24, 2020, according to Federal Law No. 496-FZ, verification results are confirmed by an electronic record in ARSHIN. Certificates are issued only upon written request.

Instruments for verification must be sent strictly with the operating manual because the verification mark is placed there.
