How the order is arranged
Equipment is sold under a purchase agreement. We help you choose the right document format for your procurement workflow and fix all delivery terms before payment.
Invoice agreement
For a one-time fast purchase without signing a full contract.
Custom agreement
Used when special delivery, payment, or warranty conditions must be fixed in writing.

Payment
Payment terms depend on whether the equipment is shipped from stock or produced to order.
In-stock equipment
100% prepayment before shipment.
Made-to-order production
Payment is split into two stages: 50% upon signing and 50% before shipment.
Production lead time
Average made-to-order production lead time is about 1 month.

Shipment preparation
Before dispatch, each device goes through technical inspection and calibration so the equipment arrives verified and ready to work.
The shipping method, consignee address, and packaging format are fixed in the agreement or in a separate formal email to our company.
