Key advantages
- High accuracy and reliability. The device detects defects in concrete structures with precision up to 1 cm, ensuring reliable quality control of piles and foundations
- Multi-channel measurement system. From 2 to 4 channels (depending on the model) allow for more accurate and comprehensive measurements from different sides of the object under study
- Long battery life. The replaceable battery provides continuous operation for more than 8 hours, allowing for all measurements on site without recharging
The MIT-Monolit series devices are designed for ultrasonic testing of homogeneity, integrity, and strength of concrete piles and foundations. They are equipped with a bright industrial touchscreen, built-in radial transceiver, wireless depth counting wheel, and a replaceable battery with an autonomous operation of more than 8 hours. The unified software automatically collects and interprets the first echo pulses, allowing for quick detection of internal defects, assessment of concrete homogeneity, and construction of 3D models of piles.
